4. Account & Password

8. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Sharing your account credentials.

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account termination without a refund.

9. Intellectual Property & Copyright

Shack TV is a service provider and does not host, store, or create any content. We provide access to streams that are already available on the internet. It is the User's responsibility to ensure they are not infringing on any copyright laws in their jurisdiction.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties. We do not guarantee 100% uptime or that all channels will be available at all times. In no event shall Shack TV be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms & Conditions or is otherwise harmful to our Service or other users.

12. Governing Law
